Card Edit Page
Here, you can create a new card template or edit the details of an existing card template for your shop.
What's a "Card Template"?
A card template is a card you can give out to customers. You can also think of it as a promotion such as "get a free coffee when you buy 6."
Defining a Promotion

Qualifying Product(s): Enter the text describing the products that qualify for the card. This field is required and has a maximum length of 40 characters.
Reward: Enter the text describing the reward for completing the card. This field is required and has a maximum length of 40 characters.
Card Duration (Months): Enter the number of months after which the card expires. This field is required and must be a valid number between 3 and 36.
Card Color Scheme: Select a color scheme for the card from the dropdown menu. You can choose a preset or customize the colors by clicking the edit button.

Cards Issued: The number of cards issued for this template is displayed here. If the card template is in use by customers, changes to the template will be locked.
Block Card Template: Use the checkbox to block or unblock the card template. Blocking the template prevents users from getting a new card, but existing cards in circulation can still be used.
Save Card: Click the "Save Card" button to save the changes to the card template. If you are creating a new card template, click the "Create Card" button.
Delete Card: If you are editing an existing card template, you will see a "Delete Card" button. Click this button to delete the card template. You will be asked to confirm this action.
FAQ
Why is my card blocked?
New cards are blocked so you can make sure you are happy with all the details before customers can get a card. Once a first customer gets a card, you will not be able to make further changes to the card, other than to block it. This is to ensure that customers have a consistent experience with a card.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind or want to make changes to your promotion, block the existing promotion and create a new one. Customers that have the old card can complete their promotion until the card is redeemed or it expires. New customers will be getting a new promotion as blocked cards are not available to them.
