Request Item

This page is where you can make a request for either stamps or rewards.

If purchased a qualifying product, use "Request Stamp" button to send the request to the shop. Once the shop grants your request, you will see the stamps in your wallet.

If you purchased multiple qualifying products, follow the same process. Make sure that shop has given you the correct number of stamps. Shop oeprator has the ability to to grant one or more stamps to your request, based on the actual number of qualifiying items purchased.

Note that if your purchase does not qualify you for a stamp, shop can reject your request. Make sure you understnad what items qualify you for a stamp, ask shop attendant if not sure.

If you made the last purchase on the card, the shop attendant will ask you if you want to redeem the reward. If you do want to redeem the reward, your card will be marked as redeemed. If not, you can do that later. Your card will appear fully stamped, but not redeemed. You can request a reward on your next visit or whenever you want.

Requesting a Reward

You can request a reward in the same way you request stamps. If you card is full of stamp, "Request Reward" button will appear and pressing it sends the reward request to shop. Shop Attendant will stamp the card as redeemed and give you your reward. After this you can delete the card from your wallet. If you wish you an request another card.

Deleting a card

You can delete the card any time. Normally, you would only delete a redeeemd card. But if you no longer want to shop from a shop, you can delete an active card too.
